Fledgling Analytics, operated by Peregrine Works & Co. LLC ("we", "our", "us"), provides analytical search, tracking, and metric tools through a digital utility credit system known as "Eggs."
We strive to provide a transparent and satisfying experience. Purchases of digital utility credits ("Eggs") are eligible for a full refund if the request is submitted within **48 hours of purchase**, provided that **none of the premium credits ("Eggs")** from that specific purchase package have been consumed or used.
Due to the digital and consumable nature of these credits, any consumption of the purchased Eggs (e.g., performing multi-channel comparisons, running analytics tracking, or scanning comments for heatmaps) or requests submitted after the 48-hour window will render the purchase strictly non-refundable.
If you experience a documented technical malfunction where a completed payment was successfully processed by our payment processor but the corresponding Eggs were not credited to your account balance, please contact our support team at support@fledglinganalytics.com within 14 days of the purchase date.
In such verified cases of system or delivery error, we will manually credit the correct balance of Eggs to your account or issue a full refund immediately.
We encourage users to contact our support team directly to resolve any billing issues or delivery failures. Any chargeback, billing dispute, or claim filed against a transaction without contacting us first will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of the associated user account, and all remaining Egg balances will be forfeited.
