Eggs can be purchased, and in the future, may be earnable for free via promotional activities or ad integrations (TBA). Eggs have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and are strictly non-refundable once credited or partially consumed. In the event of temporary platform maintenance or unscheduled database downtime, all purchased Egg credit balances remain 100% secure and saved in our systems, allowing you to seamlessly resume your research once the platform is fully back online.
You agree not to exploit, script, crawl, harvest, or scrape channel analytics from Fledgling Analytics. You also agree not to run automated bot viewers to systematically trigger rewarded video ads. Any suspicious or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and loss of all credited balances.
Fledgling Analytics gathers statistics compiled from the public YouTube API. YouTube and its logo are registered trademarks of Google LLC. We make no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of these third-party metrics. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
In no event shall Fledgling Analytics, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or utility, arising out of your use or inability to use our services.
